You will need to book your appointment online at the Danish Embassy.

When you have booked the appointment a confirmation email will be sent to your email address (it will not be shown on the screen at the end of the booking).

If you are unable to come to the embassy for your appointment, please make sure that you cancel it so that it can benefit another applicant.

Please check the Embassy's Closing days in order not to book an appointment on a holiday etc.  

If you experience technical problems when trying to book a passport appointment, these can sometimes be resolved by changing Internet browser. If this does not solve your problem, please contact the embassy. Please check the opening hours here.

Residence Permit
Your appointment for the Residence Permit or Re-Entry Permit won’t be approved unless the online fee is paid in advance via the official webshop. https://dys.um.dk/permit/

Kindly note that if you have already paid the embassy fee through the website above, you do not need to pay again, as the embassy fee is a one-time payment.

It is essential to submit the following documents to VFS.

• Completed application form
• Scanned copy of the passport (all pages)
• Case order ID
• Applicant’s contact information (phone and email)
